Training, LMS, Content Design and Implementation
The Project tasks include;
1. Conduct a needs assessment to offset the project
2. Training project staff in principals of Technology Enhance Learning (TEL)
3. Develop a Learning Management System(LMS)
4. Train learning designer on development online designs
5. Superintend the development of Video, and interactives)
6. Lias with payment gateway vendor to integrate APIs
7. Work with NCDC during the process of evaluation the technology and the learning content.
8. Evaluate project phase outputs and recommend adjustments.
The task of training involved supporting educators to appreciate a competency based approach to teaching and learning.
Challenge & Solution
The project is implemented in phases. Development of content is capital intensive but KTC provides all possible means to deliver the project outputs with a budget that fits in the client baskets.
